How to Return？
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to Contact@karamlucky.com. Within 24-48 hours, we will respond with the return address.

Items can be returned as long as they are unused and the packaging remains unopened for optimal processing.

Upon receiving the item, we will either issue a refund or exchange it for another product. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 days after we receive the item.

Refunds are facilitated through credit card and PayPal. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your bank.
