All orders are in stock and（Provide adequate rest time for employees）Order processing within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday.
Express Shipping Time (Fedex / DHL ): 6-8 Business Days.
Standard Shipping Time: 7-25 Business Days.

Does KarmaLucky items ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones:
Bahamas，Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.

Wrong Shipping Information
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or contact information, kindly reach out to our customer service within a 2-hour window.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for accurately inputting their shipping address.

Once the parcel has been processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a different shipping address.

How can I track my order?
We use the Shopify shipping system. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing relevant information.

Subsequently, you can click on "TRACK MY ORDER" to monitor the status of your shipment.

If you don’t receive your package 50 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@karmalucky.com. We’ll sent a new one to you or provide full refund.

Why hasn't the shipping information been updated despite your parcel being shipped?
When products are handmade in Tibet or Hong Kong and handed over to the carrier, the tracking order number will be added to the order page subsequently. Due to the nature of international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to reach the airport at the international shipping center. During this period, there won't be any transportation information available. The shipping information will only be updated once the package arrives at the international shipping center and undergoes scanning.

Therefore, please be reassured and allow 3-5 days for the information to be updated.
